Shipping Policy
Free shipping in peninsular Spain when orders are over 50€. We don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Balearic Islands.
Exact rates will be provided at checkout.
All shipping charges are for door-to-door shipping.

We do not automatically ship outside the European Union (EU). Still, if you want to order, you don't have to pay VAT (EU Tax), but your local authorities may charge additional taxes and duties in your country. We can help you to find the cheapest and safest shipping if previously we have had a written conversation about the sale and the conditions.

Orders usually take three days to process, and the arrival time will depend on the courier option you choose.
Try-at-home & Return Policy
When your order arrives at your doorstep, the 30-day trial begins. We're sure you'll love it, but if you decide to return it for some reason, you must contact us by email. We'll help you arrange the cheapest and safest shipping; please include the reason why. You must pack the product exactly as you received it in the original shipping box. Original shipping box is needed for returns; we do not accept a return without it.
Then, wait for the product to land at a BAZCO-approved destination. Once the product arrives, we'll inspect it to ensure that it comes with all the original materials and is in excellent condition. If it hasn't been abused, is in perfect condition, and with the original packaging, we'll let you know that the product has been received and that the refund is being processed. In our experience, it usually takes anywhere from 7 to 10 days for the money to return to your account. We'll refund 90% of the price you paid for the product; the other 10% will be charged as a restocking fee, and after checking the product, it'll be listed as an ex-demo with a 10% discount for the next customer.
